Irish Magic-Fest is the Society of Irish Magicians' weekend convention in the heart of Dublin, at The Teachers' Club on Parnell Square, September 12 and 13, 2026.
The featured acts: John Lenahan, the Philadelphia-born fixture of the UK and Irish scene, lecturing and performing on the Gala Cabaret; Joseph Barry, lecturing, performing on the close-up show, and leading the Saturday morning masterclass on improvising with card magic; Britain's Got Talent finalist Cillian O'Connor, performing and speaking on autism awareness; Chris Power, in his first-ever Irish convention appearance, lecturing and leading the Saturday afternoon Commercial Close-Up masterclass; Chris Congreave, lecturing on thirty years of his published close-up material; and Australia's Jack Sharp on the Sunday Gala Cabaret.
Convention registration is 100 euros; the Saturday masterclasses are 60 euros each or 100 euros for both, and the organizers note availability is limited.
The Academy Plaza Hotel nearby offers exclusive rates for Magic-Fest attendees. The running order will be published on the festival site as it is finalised.
